Shipping times:

It takes us 2-3 business days to ship, and USPS 2-5 business days to deliver. 

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this time, still trying to figure out customs!

Order update:

You will receive two emails from us! The first email will be sent once you've placed your order, which has the order number. The second email will be sent once the shipping label has been created, which has the tracking number. *Please make sure to check your junk mail, sometimes our emails will land there!

Returns & Exchanges:

We don’t offer returns or exchanges, unless a mistake was made on our end! Please email us (ohkaycustomercare@gmail.com) with your concern! 

Damaged item:

Please email us (ohkaycustomercare@gmail.com) with a picture of the damage, and we will refund or send a new item!
